A funeral will be held Monday, July 19, 1999 for 78-year-old Rosemary J. Gegg of Ste. Genevieve, who died today (Friday) at her home.

She was born January 21st, 1921 in Bloomsdale, the daughter of Peter and Sophia (Schmidt) Grass who both preceded in death.

She married Oscar A. Gegg on May 28th, 1941 in Bloomsdale. He preceded in death.

Three sons survive: Donald Gegg and Dennis Gegg, both of Zell and Dave Gegg of Ste. Genevieve.

She is also survived by two daughters: Marilyn (Mrs. Mike) Okenfuss and Sherry (Mrs. Fred) Werner, both of Ste. Genevieve.

One brother, Welton Grass of Bloomsdale, also survives.

13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren also survive her.

A brother, two sisters and three grandchildren also preceded her in death.

She was a member of the St. Joseph in Ste. Genevieve and the Ladies Sodality.

Visitation will be held after 4 p.m. Sunday at the Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve.

A funeral for 78-year-old Rosemary A. Gegg will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Church in Zell. Burial will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery. The Rev. Monsignor James Hanson will officiate.
