Betty L. Lorance

Funeral service will be held Thursday, Dec. 30, 1999 for 59-year-old Betty L. Lorance of Ste. Genevieve who died Dec. 28, 1999 at Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital.

She was born on May 27, 1940 in Pilot Knob, Mo., the daughter of the late Charley and Tempey (Thurman) Brake.

She married Delmas D. Lorance, Sr. He preceded her in death.

Children surviving are Mark Lorrance of Bloomsdale; Donald Lorance Sr. of Zell; Delmas D. Lorance Jr. of Ste. Genevieve; and Bonnie Lorance of Ste. Genevieve.

One brother, Charles A. Brake, survives in Ste. Genevieve. Three sisters survive: Doris M. Finley of Ste. Genevieve; Alice Ford of Brownsville, Tex.; and Mildred Stretch of Ste. Genevieve.

Eight grandchildren also survive.

Two brothers, Harold and Walter, and one sister Virginia Folkerts preceded her in death.

Visitation will be Thursday after 12 p.m. at Basler Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Basler Funeral Chapel. Rev. Francis Roberts will officiate. Burial will be in Crestlawn Cemetery in Ste. Genevieve.
