Blair C. Brooks

Blair C. Brooks, age 69 of Bloomsdale, died Tuesday at his residence in Bloomsdale.

He was born on October 18, 1930, the son of Victor F. and Leona (Linder) Brooks. His mother survives.

He was married to Shirley M. Johnstone who survives in Bloomsdale.

Also surviving are the following children: Kevin Brooks of Bloomsdale; Mark Brooks of DeSoto; and Debbie, Mrs. Steve Ballinger, of Bloomsdale.

One brother, Dale Brooks, survives in St. Louis.

Five grandchildren also survive.

He worked as a design engineer. He was a veteran of the Korean War.

There will be no visitation or funeral service. Mr. Brooks donated his body to the Washington University School of Medicine.

The Basler Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
