Rev. Leo Figge

A funeral service will be held Monday, May 3, 1999,  for 78-year-old Rev. Leo Figge, formerly of Ste. Genevieve, who died today (Friday, April 30).

He was born April 16, 1921 in Zell, the son of Frank and Theresa Meyer Figge who both preceded in death.

He is survived by three brothers: the Rev. Edwin Figge and the Rev. Urban Figge both of Belleville, Illinois and Clarence Figge of Ste. Genevieve.

He is also survived by two sisters: Gladys Jokerst and Berdella Long, both of Ste. Genevieve.

Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

He was also preceded in death by one brother.

Visitation will be Sunday from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Lady of the Snows Catholic Church in Belleville.

A funeral mass for the Rev. Leo Figge will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at the Lady of the Snows Catholic Church in Belleville.
